Based in Vienna, Austria, I travel whenever I can, drawing inspiration from the places, cultures, and people I encounter along the way. These experiences have shaped my open-mindedness, adaptability, and deep appreciation for different ways of life.

With an academic background, I bring a grounded and thoughtful approach to both my personal practice and my teaching. Showing up on the mat every day has guided me on a transformative path and given me the courage to truly stand up for myself and live a life aligned with my dreams.

I consider myself a modern yogi — combining spiritual awareness with the realities and joys of modern Western life. I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade, but my true path began in 2023 when I took my first teacher training with Joan Hyman, founder of the School of Yoga in Los Angeles. Since then, I’ve completed more than 600 hours of teacher training and continue to study with teachers like Joan Hyman, Annie Carpenter, Marla Apt, and Kino McGregor.

I‘m devoted to honoring the lineage of yoga and passing on the teachings as they were shared with me. I love the combination of Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga, appreciating both the discipline of Ashtanga and the clear focus on alignment in Iyengar.

A lifelong student myself, I continually learn and evolve, inspiring others to grow, explore their potential, and bring out the best in themselves. I deeply believe that everyone is meant to live their true purpose and step into the life of their dreams.

I am  a dedicated yoga and language teacher, a free spirit, and someone who loves creating meaningful connections and bringing like-minded people together.
