I teach an Ashtanga- and Iyengar-inspired Vinyasa flow, putting focus on the right alignment and providing modifications. I love ending my classes with some restoratives, pranayama and meditation. You’ll leave the class feeling both energized and deeply calm.

Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional form of yoga that builds strength, focus, and calm through a fixed series of movements and deep breathing.

Iyengar Yoga is a precise, alignment‑based style that uses props to help you practice each pose safely and correctly.

Restorative Yoga uses props to support the body in comfortable poses, allowing deep rest and relaxation.
Who can join
Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome.
Classes are offered in English, German and Italian.
Where
I'm currently traveling a lot, so I don’t offer a fixed weekly class. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or to inquire about booking a class online.
